Four core pages: Home, About, Services and Contact. Optional post-launch care is ₱1,000 per month.
Up to 7 standard pages and stronger lead-generation features. Optional care is ₱2,000 per month.
Specialized websites and web systems. Optional care begins at ₱3,000 per month and follows the approved scope.
International clients: Published prices are Philippine base rates. A written proposal may state fees in USD or another mutually agreed currency. The proposal will identify the controlling amount, payment method, payment schedule, responsibility for transfer charges and any applicable taxes. Currency conversions shown by banks or payment providers are estimates and do not replace the agreed proposal amount.
Milestone payments reserve production time and connect payment to delivered work.
The commencement payment is due after scope approval and before work begins. It is non-refundable once Tenio Web reserves time or starts discovery, design or development.
The remaining standard project balance is due after client review and before public launch, final handover or release of production files.
A Custom proposal may use different milestone percentages. The signed proposal controls when work and payments are due.
Defined boundaries protect the budget and delivery schedule.
Only the pages, features, content handling, revisions and launch services stated in the approved proposal are included.
Additional pages, features, integrations, major redesigns, urgent work and new requirements need written approval and may require a separate quotation.
The client provides accurate information, lawful assets, consolidated feedback, approvals and payments on time. Client delays may move the delivery schedule.
Ongoing care is separate from the development fee and begins after launch.
Hosting administration, SSL oversight, scheduled backups, security checks, support and the minor-update allowance stated in the selected plan.
Either party may end recurring care with 30 days’ written notice. There is no fixed early-cancellation fee and no 24-month care commitment unless a custom signed proposal expressly states otherwise.
Future hosting, maintenance and support stop at the end of the paid notice period. Handover or migration assistance outside the original scope may be quoted separately.
The client retains its business name, logo, original text, original images, customer information and client-owned domain.
After full payment, the client receives the website deliverables identified in the proposal, subject to third-party licenses and the agreed deployment or handover method.
Tenio Web retains ownership of reusable templates, libraries, development tools, methods and pre-existing framework code unless a signed agreement expressly transfers them.
International projects require the same clarity as local projects, with a few additional terms.
The proposal identifies the client’s primary time zone, communication channels, expected response windows and approval contacts.
The client supplies or obtains advice on laws, taxes, accessibility, consumer notices and industry rules that apply in its country or market. Tenio Web implements approved requirements within scope but does not provide foreign legal or tax advice.
The signed agreement will state the governing law, dispute process and any market-specific terms. No website page overrides mandatory rights that apply to either party.
No guaranteed outcomes: A website supports marketing and customer communication, but development and care fees do not guarantee traffic, leads, rankings, bookings or sales. Domains, premium hosting, paid platforms, licenses and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included. The final agreement should be reviewed by qualified Philippine legal and tax professionals and, for cross-border work, by appropriate advisers for the relevant market before production use.
