Privacy notice

Clear information. Limited use. Reasonable protection.

This notice explains the information Tenio Web may collect when you request a quotation, become a client or use the client portal.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, business name, contact details, website requirements, service agreement details, subscription status, payment references, project files and support requests. Tenio Web does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVVs, wallet PINs, passwords or OTPs.

Why we use it

We use the information to respond to inquiries, prepare and perform our service agreement, manage your website project, maintain billing records, provide support, protect accounts and comply with legal obligations.

Who processes it

Authorized Tenio Web personnel and carefully selected hosting, authentication, email and payment providers may process information only as needed to provide the service. Payment information entered on a provider’s checkout page is handled under that provider’s own privacy and security practices.

Retention and protection

We retain information only while it is reasonably needed for the service, accounting, dispute handling or legal requirements. We use access controls, encrypted connections, backups and account safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.

International data transfers

Tenio Web is based in the Philippines and may use service providers that process information in other countries. When working with an international client, project information may therefore be transferred across borders. We limit sharing to what is needed for the service and use contractual, access and security safeguards appropriate to the provider and engagement.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, ask questions about its use, or request deletion when no contractual or legal reason requires continued retention. Account deletion may end access to the client portal but does not automatically erase records Tenio Web is legally required to retain.

Contact

Send privacy questions or requests through the contact email shown in this website. Tenio Web may verify your identity before releasing or changing account information.

This operational notice should be reviewed against the final services, providers, Philippine requirements and any mandatory privacy rules applicable to the client’s market before production launch. It does not claim automatic compliance with every jurisdiction. Last updated: 22 September 2026.

Initial inquiries

Short inquiries are saved privately for administrator follow-up before email delivery is attempted. We email an acknowledgment and notify the administrator. No account is created from a short inquiry. These holding records are removed after 30 days by the scheduled cleanup. Campaign source labels may be retained to understand which advertising brings inquiries. Form events sent to analytics do not include your name, email, phone or message.

Consultation recommendations and account setup

Consultation submissions are held privately and assessed by an automated rules-based assistant. Recommendations are emailed to the requester and copied to leuneib01@gmail.com. An account is created only after the requester explicitly accepts using their personal email link. The accepted information and recommendation are then retained in the client portal. Personal acceptance links expire after 7 days; unaccepted holding records are removed after 30 days. Temporary accepted records are removed after 30 days once required email delivery is complete. Delivered emails remain in the recipient’s mailbox.
